Automatic Elastic Joining Machine

1.Automatic stop for lack of material and joint waste cutting:The machine will stop automatically once the elastic ribbon is depleted or has a joint during continuous cycle sewing, or continue working after automatic cutting.

2.LOGO Sensor: Introducing advanced Panasonic color mark recognition system for elastic stitching, recognizing the position of the LOGO precisely, to ensure the LOGO in the center position against the jointing line(visual identification system is optional)

3.Rubber band shaping: adopt vertical qualitative method, heat pre-shrinkage,makes the rubber band to be flat and beautiful, raising sewing quality and production efficiency.

4.Automatic collecting device :rotary working plate receives material incessantly.

5.Digital operation: A large touch screen is adopted, and parameters are adjusted directly without complicated mechanical adjustments, which greatly improves work efficiency.

6.Automatic length monitoring system: Adopt OMRON digital monitoring system , the length error of elastic is within 2mm only.
