 Pattern scaling range ≥ 1-400% (both needle distance and needle count  scaling should be present);

Minimum resolution of stitch length ≤ 0.05mm;

The stitch length is 4mm, the sewing material is 6 layers of 0.7-0.8mm denim fabric, and the sewing pattern is set to be ≥ 280 stitches. The time from the start of sewing to the end of sewing is ≤ 7 seconds

Equipped with needle thread breakage detection function;

Through the control panel, feature contour points can be directly edited to synthesize the required curves;

Automatic plate replacement, automatic feeding, and automatic receiving.

Adopting a double-layer structure, the upper layer delivers the mold and the lower layer receives the mold;

Circular template collection mechanism to reduce manual template replacement time;

Automatic control system, eliminating the need for frequent manual operation of machines;

Built in automatic shuttle changing program, expandable automatic shuttle changing device;
